It is about time to stop segregating people and their toilets based on the gender of their bodies. Do we also want to have separate toilets based on eye-colour? Why make such a big deal over the shape of one's reproductive organs, especially now that we do not need any more human reproduction on this overpopulated planet.

I believe that this segregation was used through history as a trick to denormalise aspects of human anatomy, increasing sexual tensions, thus promoting reproduction. In Europe, especially Germany, where nudity is common and public showers are shared, the sexual urges, thus birth rates, are the lowest!

unisex toilets are fine. Men sharing bathrooms and showers with women they don't know is an open invitation for every pervert to have his way.

I recall public toilets somewhere, I think it may have been Parris, with no roof, & walls only about 4 Ft high.

We are all products of our environment, & that was a bit much for someone from mine.

Dear Runner,

«Men sharing bathrooms and showers with women they don't know is an open invitation for every pervert to have his way.»

This is indeed possible in the beginning, after that many centuries of suppression of natural curiosity. This is why the move ought to be gradual and respectful. When a dam is suddenly opened, big waves can arise. We can expect there initially to be lots of Oooohs and Aaaahs, but they will subside pretty fast, then more men and women will learn to become good friends without the sexual aspects.

Please note that I am not proposing to change the rules regarding unwanted touch and other forms of harassment. They should stay.

u write a lot of sense Yuyutsu, but this is garbage. Remember the social engineers insisting porn was harmless. Now we have kids constantly sexually abusing kids after feasting on porn. You can't turn of chemistry now matter how much those lying liberal artist tell you. Look at the number of these artist who are now up on charges.

Belly,
> Now Foxy, this is about every toilet being made in to a unisex toilet
Then why didn't you say so to start with instead of the incoherent rant you began the thread with?
Do you really think it's a real issue rather than a pathetic attempt to generate outrage?

I'm pretty sure it would continue to be regarded as environmentally unacceptable, at least in our state. With our infrequent rainfall, I doubt there'd be much opposition to a crackdown.

>like many other Third Worlders do, for the Third World is where they are headed.
In what way?
