Belly,
I meant to ask this earlier when you were still in anti Trump mode. As a Union rep who supposedly has the rights of workers in mind, how would you feel if Trump went down & all those workers who found jobs under Trump were to lose their livelyhood again if the democrats get in ?
Sort of like Shorten getting in here.

Indi, Jayb, you both beat me to it.
Never mind Paul and Belly, they have stated their allegiance to the bludger and buggers party, so we can't use anything they say regarding this topic, oh unless it's to bag the filth and disgusting foursome you mentioned Jayb.
Now there is the epitome of the level the standard of politicians has dropped to today.
Let's see, we have a slut, an incompetent up himself gardener, another female who again is as useless as t!ts on a bull like the rest of em'.
Then we have a real 'bourke' just to top the list off.
But then again they are just the tip of the iceberg, they're ALL useless, I'd like to know of one idea or law these buffoons (and I mean ALL the pollies) have managed to squeeze out, and that's after taking a whole packet of Laxatives, that has been good for the people and not for the govt and their mates, just one.
No, they lost the plot years ago and as I've said before, get rid of em', yes ALL of em'.
I'd rather a dictator, at least that way we knew who to get rid of and it would only cost the price of one bullet.
Much cleaner, much more efficient, and would stop the next incumbent filthy sleaze-bag in his tracks, and make him think twice about trying for the top job.

indy ALTRAV, some considered thought for you both
Trump, even in America, seems to no longer hold majority support
HE NO ONE ELSE has locked workers out, in the current lock down
Despise me, but yes I think he, by his every past action, harms more lower income workers than he helps
Gentlemen you, are part of a small minority, surely you understand that
My creed as a trade unionist always, is a fair days work for a fair days pay
In verbal tennis, remember this, a racket without strings is not a help

Well, well, well, what do we have here. ALTRAV would much rather a violent dictatorship than the moderate democratic system of government we have now. Instead of the ballot box he prefers the gun as the desired method of replacement of a hated leader. If your not satisfied with a Hitler type as dictator, you simply take a gun and assassinate him, he is then replaced by the ALTRAV preferred, possibly a Mussolini or a Stalin.

I had a terrible thought, what if ALTRAV was the dictator, he has desires to be the next ll duce, and one of our very own redneck fascists from the forum wanted to replace him.

Paul1405,
You're just too keen to display your ignorance. ALTRAV did not say he was in favour of a violent Dictatorship. Your shameless lying exposes your lack of integrity.. I'm with ALTRAV that a benevolent dictator is much preferable to a messed-up, corrupt & exploitive Democracy.

//I'd rather a dictator// to quote ALTRAV. Since I don't see the word "benevolent" anywhere in his post, the kind of dictatorship could equally be a violent one. The use of a gun to replace the leader indicates violence is acceptable in this wonderful society. What is a benevolent dictatorship, rather subjective, maybe you and ALTRAV would find the ideal "benevolent" dictator modelled on one of the following;

Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Augusto Pinochet, Francois Duvalier, Francisco Franco, Saddam Hussein,

Now surly you would see one of the above as more "benevolent" than the others, therefore more acceptable to YOU.

It easy for an old crusty blowhard, sitting at a keyboard to talk of dictatorship, and violent overthrow.

BTW, how do you proposes we move from the present moderate democratic system to this dictatorship. Is there a popular vote? Or is that also to be achieved by the gun.

You pair opened the can of worms, now start answering the questions. Lets see if any more redneck fascists pop in to support this dictatorship crap.

BTW, what is a "benevolent" dictatorship?

Who in Australia would fit your requirements to be that "benevolent" dictator.

Pauline Hanson, Cory Benardi, Fraser Anning, Tony Abbott, Dutton, Christensen, no, maybe you would prefer someone outside of politics. Join the National party they have members who are linked to the far right. The Liberals even had a Nazi sympathiser uncovered recently in Canberra. These are your kind of people.
