To solve a problem first it has to be acknowledged that there is a problem which you do not see. There was a hell of a lot of gang activity last week for it to be "under control". 15 African youths attacked the staff of a popular St. Kilda restaurant and not one arrest. Then there were other attacks or on the night before.

This has been occurring for a long time and the conclusion must be that the police have been ordered off by the Vic government, at least for the Melbourne area.

If Victorians are prepared to put up with this and re-elect the same government then they have no one to complain except themselves.
