Thank you for posting this report. To my mind it shows that a new broom should be put through the UN.

The questions I ask is why has the report been kept under wraps for 16 years?

Why has it only been tabled by the UK government and not all governments that belong to the UN?

Why has not the Australian government tabled the report?

Surely some media has had access to the report, so why has it not been reported on?

What is the situation now in those countries and what about in other countries the UN is involved in and others where there are refugee camps?

The UN has achieved nothing since its inception!
