Being that it's often mentioned private medical insurance covers the cost of operating on knee-and-hip replacement, when I see people jogging, I reflect on why foolish people believe jogging keeps them fit.

I have no medical training, yet over many years of watching/listing to media medical programs, no detailed information supporting jogging has any health benefits. My doctor recommends walking for 2 hours within a week.

I suggest that considerable jogging could: damage internal organs; raise blood pressure significantly more than could be medically recommended. That many professional sports persons involved in running, spend much of their time leg muscle weight lifting.

As lungs don't increase in performance the more running is carrying out, professional runners don't spend that much effort running as many people would expect. Professional runners are more concerned with diet and energy levels.

People whom have: poor hereditary bone/joint issues; have spent years doing work which places stress on knees and hips, exampling panel beaters constantly moving joints during work, which probably should be covered by work-cover insurance.

Jogging too many hours-per-week, joggers are future insurance claimants, people who don't jog and/or don't have any family history of joint-and-bone density problems are paying for, which private medical insurance companies are profiting from.

Googled Internet search will support exercise induces brain chemical endorphins rewards. Workers making lots of correctly performed tasks, acknowledge what was done correctly by brains rewarding workers with a small chemical Pituitary gland reward.

This discussion is empty because there is no private medical insurance in Australia. The so-called "private" health funds are merely extensions of the government's Medicare - they never were truly private, they are subsidised by the government and operate by its orders.

Indeed, had there been private medical insurance here, then it would be up to the insurers to define their risk-groups as they please and up to the customers to decide whether or not to take their insurance (with no tax penalties for those who decide against it).

I suggest even though several politicians say, small business is the backbone of Australian business, sounding encouraging to individual people to start a business, I suggest, establishment doesn't like working class separate from establishment individuals running their own successful business.

Building industry contractors have too much competition and many contractor builders under quoting building costs charges, subcontracting work out to subcontractors competing for paid work that often aren't paid for their labours. I suggest many of these under quoting contractors not paying due money to subcontractors, contractors protected by company laws, are wage paid by establishment to prey on subcontractors, reducing skilled subcontractors wealth.

Currant affair programs whom bring such stories to public awareness, place the blame on individual people, whom place themselves on media cameras showing their faces. Having watched several Japanese prisoner of war documentaries. Myself using narrators often expressed to why Japanese soldiers were abusive to their prisoner of war captives. Pre-Second World War Japanese society was highly militarised. Reasons given for Japanese soldiers abusing prisoners of war, apart from Japanese soldiers were taught that being captured, ending up as a prisoner of war, that committing suicide was more honourable. Japanese soldiers were abused by higher ranks beginning from the upper ranked officers all the way down through the chain of command to the lowest rank foot soldiers. Low rank prison guard foot soldiers abusing prisoners of war.

Japanese are known for bowing to higher ranks and often to each other on commencing and parting company. My argument here is that many cultures prier to 1950s were obsessed about: rank, social class and status, that every citizen was suppose to know their class in life. Religious priests placing themselves between a magical god and citizenry, preaching to the poorest wealth believers that they can't commit suicide because suicide is a sin, sending believers directly to hell. I speculate: social class status; praying to god through priests to enter a mythical heaven; bowing down to authority... is all about authoritarian control over citizenry.

What's different in which we as citizenry fail to notice: If readers have bothered to watch ABC television “The School” and/or “Revolution School”. Much of what is being seen are teenagers complaining about work assignments, students arguing with teachers. From the age of 5 years, children through to ending a life of self-judging forced yet pointless to complain dislikes towards school academic work tasks. Students enjoying any moments of: simple fun; simple sports movement enthusiasm; other people being embarrassed, other people doing stupid things, narcissistic pleasures.

Human brains outside of forced school work, humans have been programmed to reject anything requiring moments of learning, human reactions to judge fuelled by memories of school education to reject continued participation. Humans have been programmed not to complain to authority, quickly believing complaining gets them nowhere.

As humans maintain a degree of curiosity to reduce boredom, yet educated humans are more single topic selective, quickly ignoring everything unknown. As I constantly accuse school education of dummying children down to robot truck driver intelligent skills. Dumb down humans feel they're free to think as they please. Brains favour the feel good factor, that military personal complaining about mental depression, I accuse mental depression is merely school education conditioning, made worse by traditional military command abuse training and constant awareness to the presences of an enemy while soldiers are on patrols. Why few readers spend time understanding what I am trying to convey, which is that school educated adults suffer from PTSD school curriculum learning. That anything that feels like learning, mental trauma is felt, that as everything is a rush, instant rejection “fight or flight” is rewarded by endorphins, for not complying to serious unknown information. Feels better to disagree than to think through whether unknown serious information has merit.

Education works so well that adult workers doing robot repetitive tasks, enjoying any moments of fun, rewarding themselves for simply understanding fun experiences. That it takes HSC leavers to the ages of 25 years (cheaper motor vehicle insurance premiums) to somewhat reprogram more correct behaviour conscious awareness into themselves.

The lies, the lies, the lies... I suggest a belief that governments statements of budget deficits are little more than proven to work misleading scary memory concerning lies. That any suggestions that governments don't merely print money to pay for expenditures are lies. That governments are borrowing money locally and from foreign lenders to fund public obligated expenditures, are lies.

If Australian federal government deficit was AU$40 billion, yet one third of AU$2 trillion Australian superannuation funds invested into debt were rated AAA government bonds, held debt is invented paper debt to allow workers spare cash to be delayed from being spent, the anomaly indicates a lie. Society is more a saving economy than promoted as a consumer sales employment society economy.

Normal beliefs are that governments printing large sums of money, economies will suffer higher than normally desired inflation. I say that vaguely explained lies never seem to end. The devil is in the detail.

I say governments can print money, create banking credits with no fear of abnormally high inflation, merely by:
Encouraging savings rather than spending;

Sell share ownership paper certificates to people whom have left over money after weekly expenditures;
Investment advisors sell investment products which promise higher returns than inflation and bank interest.

There are many ways to prevent working class wage earned money from being spent on consumer products: fewer unnecessary motor vehicle transport and under supplied groceries often used as a CPI inflation indicator to gage inflation.

All the above listed ideas seem to be seen in Australian economic activities.

I speculate a problem exists that many loan borrowings are buying pre-existing buildings. The many builders and contractors are renovating existing properties before and after sales: Modernising/renovating existing buildings; destroying existing buildings to build new more modern dwellings consuming limited building materials, such development does not increase the number of dwellings supply occupied by families.

The idea of increasing immigrant intake to increase GDP building dwellings, in the short term, is merely over crowding existing immigrants, which has been mentioned by one television news report.

Mechanisation of: house frames; roof trusses; windows; Kitchens. New ideas on concrete slab foundations; mentioned by media, a shortage of brick layers. That extended years of education, any accumulated debt by university studying, to obtain many employment occupations 50 years ago didn't require a university degree... and the cost of living, is delaying two income family couples first child birth and the number of children couples have, to that of 50 years ago previous generations.

I am not an expert of computer hardware and/or computer software. Yet I know enough to safely speculate that computer hacking anything (especially IBM mainframe servers), other than Microsoft windows personal computer operating systems and several other easy to install software via Internet, that hackings are next to impossible, story scandals are lies. That many corporate system software are Linux based that Microsoft software doesn't recognise Linux software partitions. That such hacking stories attract the attention of more intelligent listeners for future confidence “we won't mess you around because we know you know to much” Apocalypse Now scams.

Where Microsoft windows have anti-spy, anti-virus, anti-malicious software. To my knowledge Linux and Apple operating systems don't require such hardware/software consuming software protection, one reason being because systems have their own software support websites, that firewalls are mere no access to administrator terminal password to installing additional software onto operating systems software.
Myself using personal computer Linux operating systems, updating software has a list of websites which are contacted for update software, I can delete. As does Microsoft update patches and security updates. That by using Linux, I merely open the start menu to click on an icon to visit a Linux website software centre to install and/or un-install listed approved by Linux administrators software.

My theories are that Microsoft allows software games and services to be downloaded from the Internet with few restrictions. Once an unwary Microsoft OS user downloads and allows software to pass by firewalls, anything can be installed on the computer.
