Has Turnbull seen his final debate in politics.

we had a man who promised to stop the boats and he did (no one else had the courage). We had a man who promised to ax the idiotic breathing tax and he did. Its good now to see Mr Turnbull carrying out the wish of the people. Mr Turnbull is the head and Pauline is the neck. I luv it.

'I wish' seems to be an appropriate response. But, no; I don't think we will be rid of Turnbull any time soon. The Coalition is caught in the spotlight like a rabbit. Still stunned by its stupid, stupid choice of Turnbull, it is frozen stiff. My prediction is that the Coalition will be ousted at the next election, and Supermoron, Shorten, will be PM of sorts; and the days of the two pary system will be over. The system has failed miserably, and both Liberal and Labor have proved to be self-serving, incompetent and corrupt players. The likes of Hanson, Family First and independents will have more say. That's our only hope, as we do not have a single politician capable of leading a party, let alone a country.

Never have we had such a leader that is driven by his own back bench. Why does the far right have so much influence on policy. Turnbull is a fair dinkum skwib. Hamstrung by his own party. He has not a hope in hell of winning another election. Will he actually survive the xmas break, maybe time to give Bishop a go.
Turnbull has done neither. Too frightened of Labor on his left to touch the GST and too intimidated by his own colleagues on his right to take the initiative on same-sex marriage, he has contented himself with a second-order agenda. A day and a half of squawks of protest by a handful of conservative members of his Coalition proved unbearable pressure. And he expects a refugee deal, struck with current US President Barack Obama, to hold despite growing signs from the United States the incoming Trump administration will junk it.
Turnbull has not shown one piece of evidence of him having any idea of what he is doing.

It was a shock after unending sessions of mouth-wobble by pollies to hear the Greens ( sorry to write this word but it is an adult forum)
leader . He organised a conference with the shipwreck captain about the backpack backtrack tax , did a non-insane presentation to save the farmers and then went on TV. He spoke like a human . amazing.

I can't believe how ignorant people are of the fact that Turnbull has no choice but to listen to the right. Simple maths is that many of the Abbott votes went to Hanson. Whether you like it or not anyone can see that. As I wrote before Turbull is the head and Hanson the neck that turns the head. If Turnbull turns his head towards his natural inclination (gw scam, perverting the marriage act etc) his head will be separated from the neck. Hanson will pick even more votes. Why do you think he has suddenly had a change of ' heart' on gw, marriage, stopping the boats. What is it with the left who can't see something so obvious.
