But Greens did Malcolms' farmers' Nationals backpacker victory and not Hansen. Mr T could have had what he willingly accepted , weeks ago from Greens. Hansens' unsmart disunited Clive Palmer outliers are not the neck or toes or even balance of power.

Turnbull has every choice at hand but it is he who does not want to use his choices. He is not in Australia’s best interest. He is only in the interest of his back bench.
The last of his credibility has gone.
We are facing stagnation, and we have a fearful leader that is being driven by a handful of renegade politicians. His actions are not going to save him or the liberal party, so why play a tune not of his making.
Where is our promised Broadband , A piebald system that was never going to work, billions of dollars down the drain. It was Abbot that was going to deliver it for half the cost, Billions gone for a system that is going to achieve nothing.
Tony’s last message as PM was “there will be no wrecking, no undermining” More lies
Turnbull is now without defense and making an idiot out of himself.

I will stick my neck out and make a prediction.
Turnbull will lead to the next election.
Labour will have most seats.
One Nation will have a large swing vote and will use it.
One Nation will have a large vote in the senate and will have the balance.
In the senate the Greens will have a few less members.
A coalition government will be in power, Liberal/Nats/One Nation.
The PM might well be Tony Abbot and Pauline Hanson will be in cabinet.

How does that grab you ?

Really Nick.... you don't seem to pay close attention to anything.
Hanson offered the Coalition the same thing weeks ago... b4 the Greens, and without the blackmail of the Greens price for cooperation.

"Never have we had such a leader that is driven by his own back bench."

Well we vote them all in to represent us so it would be good to have a backbench that is listened to. Abbott made the mistake of listening to Credlin and himself.

"Why does the far right have so much influence on policy. Turnbull is a fair dinkum skwib."

It doesn't. That is just Labor propaganda... who do you vote for again?

"Hamstrung by his own party. He has not a hope in hell of winning another election. Will he actually survive the xmas break, maybe time to give Bishop a go."

Bishop? Nope.
Turnbull has to govern for all Australians not just the progressive Left or the WETS within his party... who by the way are the minority.

"Turnbull has done neither. Too frightened of Labor on his left to touch the GST"

Ah no one wants to touch the GST.

"and too intimidated by his own colleagues on his right to take the initiative on same-sex marriage, he has contented himself with a second-order agenda."

Well SSM is a 2nd or maybe 3rd order issue. Most Australians want a say on it and want a plebiscite. So unlike Labor and those who fear the voice of the Australian people he is right on this as was Abbott.

Turnbull isn't my choice of PM, he should be leading the ALP, mind you most of those people wanted him to be PM and some still do. Let you down has he?

Maybe personal abuse strengthens your views. It does in schoolyards.
10.5% is not 13%.
