I saw the accusations against the FBI with regards to bias. The accusation was that by releasing the news that the FBI Director James Comey was re opening the email case based on new evidence, that he was biased towards Trump and could face charges of bias.

However, there is a counter argument that suppressing the news would be displaying bias towards Clinton, so that he would be guilty either way.

In this circumstance the best bet is to stick to the facts.
