Cindy Prior has been diagnosed with sociopathic tendencies, but her feeble case has been ruthlessly pursued by the AHRC to the huge detriment of Queensland students who expressed irritation at being expelled from an unsigned computer lab.

"The medical reports, introduced to the controversial case as formal public exhibits by the Queensland University of Technology employee and her Brisbane solicitor Susan Moriarty suggest Cindy Prior carries past grievances and overreacted to students’ Facebook posts.

Simone Shaw, a psychologist who conducted a long interview and examination, said in a 13-page report that Ms Prior was “unlikely to attribute personal responsibility to events that occur in her life”.

“As a result of this personality style, she is likely to blame and begrudge others when she perceives she has been mistreated, which appears evident in relation to the incident on 28 May, 2013,’’ Dr Shaw reported.

“She may be blindly uncritical of her own behaviour and insensitive to negative consequences associated with her behaviour, tending to minimise the negative impact that her behaviour has on others and on herself.

Dr Shaw said Ms Prior appeared to have had numerous workplace occurrences that she had perceived as bullying, harassment and racial vilification."

I believe that Cathy Prior is displaying the typical avaricious tendencies of faux professional victims, and that Australian law should not facilitate such greedy bludgers that care nothing for others.

Shadow Minister - How wrong can you be?
Cindy was described by Saint Tony Jones on Q & A as an aboriginal Woman who had spent her entire life suffering racism in Australia. If Tone says it, backed by the richest Australian Media (ABC) then it must be true. AHRC - Dosn't that lovely old Pro Gillian Triggs run that?
Mate you are totally beaten on this one. I would not be surprised if Cindy could not get a job out of this. Please do not say she could make a million dollars out of this because we all know that would not be enough to stop her leaping on another gravy train.
One problem what if she goes the board of OLO on what you have said, never mind me.

Irrespective of the person or the circumstances, its dangerous and clutching at a type of confirmation bias to judge someone as fitting into a psychological category based on one diagnosis.
The field of psychology is regarded as a "soft science". Consequently, one should seek the professional opinions of at least 3 different suitably qualified psychologists before jumping to conclusions.

"Consequently, one should seek the professional opinions of at least 3 different suitably qualified psychologists before jumping to conclusions"

Then demand another three, or as many as needed, until just one dissenting opinion is enough to 'challenge' the original assessment?

A defence counsel would ask for that, but courts and tribunals look to expertise and evidence.

Might as well wait for the outcome of the evidence in this case.

However, in the interim there are also the rights of the students and the staff of QUT that appear to have been trampled over and surprise, surprise, but Gillian Triggs, President of the Human Rights Commission seems to have been involved. More on that later one would hope. Although from its past performance it wouldn't be the ABC that might be shining any light there though.

Perhaps Jayb would enlighten us about Cindy's mother? I do not believe the ABC would?
I think a full discussion on all this nonsense should not only be undertaken but our new senators can show us what they are made of?
