It is quite amusing to see the Queensland Premier calling for Pauline Hanson to be responsible.

When Pauline was acquitted of all charges, the almost $1 million that she had paid to the government should have been repaid to her, with interest. It has not. She paid that money to the government under the threat of her home being sold by the government. The monies need to be repaid to her.

There is also an outstanding matter of her legal costs and compensation for her jailing on trumped-up charges.

What Pauline has to say about this is up to her but I would expect these matters be resolved before any discussions on who has or has not been responsible.

The current Premier is now the third Queensland Premier to have done nothing to resolve these issues. That speaks volumes in relation to responsibility.

The mind-boggling arrogance of mainstream politicians telling Hanson that she must act 'responsbly' (almost) strikes me dumb. The very fact that these turds themselves have not acted responsily themselves is the reason Pauline Hanson took votes from them.

The race is on to create a caricature of Hanson. To put a caricature of her into the frame. It is apparently important that One Nation's policies are not read, discussed and subjected to critical examination.

The knee-jerk attack on Hanson by a highly paid Human Rights public servant caused me to take a look at Hanson's policies. There is nothing outrageous. Many of the policies make good sense.

So, the angry buzzing in the hive is because....? A question worth asking.

Anyone who heard her on TV last night would have no doubt that the Queensland Premier is just too thick to know if she was acting responsibly or not.

I often wonder how many of the words she utters, written for her obviously by a spin doctor, she actually understands.

The Queensland premier has every right to ask Hansen and co to be responsible.
It is largely because of the large numbers of scared Queensland voters ( and some OLO good 'ol boys) that someone like Hansen is back in the Senate.

Hansen should stop trying to garner votes for herself by playing up to the racial intolerance and nationalist leanings of many in Queenslands rural areas. If you scare these sorts of people with comments about us being "swamped by Asians", and that the terrorist Muslims will be building Mosques all over the countryside soon, then the Queensland Premier is quite right in suggesting Hansen rein it in.

Hansen will cause far more trouble amongst our generally peaceful multicultural country population with her racist inflammatory comments than any other person if she isn't told to keep her trap shut unless she has some proper policies to discuss.

Theres no pleasing some people Suseonline,
First you think we're all against women, then you find something else to pick on...

Why should Pauline stop "trying to garner votes for herself by playing up to the racial intolerance and nationalist leanings of many in Queenslands rural areas." ?
Does she not have a right to express herself and her ideas freely?
Its up to us to find out the facts and make an informed decision whether to vote for her or not.

You suggest 'racial intolerance' but I could instead point out 'ignorance' on your part.

Your lefty-ness will only come back to bite you in the behind anyway.
Your support of women; and support of refugees and immigration by extension of your opposition to racial intolerance will only end up with foreign muslim raping Australian women or imposing Sharia law upon them in their own town and streets and when that happens the only one looking like the fool will be you, for your shortsightedness.

Maybe if we we're living in Calais you'd be saying of the rapings 'Move along, nothing to see here' because you'd be too shite to admit you were wrong.

You claim 'racial discrimination' but wheres all the headlines of Nationalist gangs getting around beating up foreigners?
Where are these people? They don't exist.
Maybe its all just BS and ignorant people like yourselves cant face the facts that reasonable people have legitimate concerns about Islam.

My argument is that with the 'right to freedom of religion' democracy's hands are tied to deal with this issue properly.

What about people who support neither the gay agenda nor the Islam agenda?
In this sense its your left ideology that creates a threat on our streets as neither of these groups are going to get along.

I do however agree that Pauline doesn't need to scream her agenda so foolishly, she should show a little more tact and not spoil her chances to do some good.
She needs to be careful of the things she says and how the media portray her.
