JF the Green shirts have nothing to do with it. See the scene of the little naked boy who is 100% healthy and lies down for the photo opportunity. Why would they fake it when there are plenty of real victims?

Arjay, the speaker puts great emphasis on green. Look and listen again.
The boy may not be 100% healthy as you say. He may have come to the hospital/clinic for treatment and was maybe told to lie down and not come closer. Alternately the boy may have seen the sick man lying down, so the little-bit sick boy does the same. The boy is probably illiterate and thinks lying on the ground outside the hospital is the thing to do. Arjay, do you really think the boy is an actor? If he is sick with initial Ebola sickness, what do you think he should look like and what should he be doing? The speaker is a disgusting piece of work, sneering and laughing at sick people. It can be seen the man on the ground has at some time lost control of his bladder and possibly his bowel, because what the speaker claims is dirt is actually wet through clothing with some muddy dirt. Sickness often comes in spasms so the man could feel momentarily better and sits up briefly, we all experience that. Is the speaker a doctor? What does the speaker expect Ebola makes people do and look like? Does he expect people with Ebola stand on their heads and have orange 3-D eyeballs turned inside out? Watch the speakers mouse pointer darting quickly and uselessly around the upper screen, and the expletives on video, he is on something for sure. I am staring to see how good it is that we have editors that sort through such dreamed up paranoia and conspiracy garbage. Posted by JF Aus, Monday, 13 October 2014 7:03:34 AM

Sounds to me like the whole thing is out of control. Posted by Yabby, Monday, 13 October 2014 2:24:59 PM

Yabby,
That "is" admitting defeat! We know how easy it appears for this virus to be spread, even in first world medical facilities adhering to advanced protocols. By allowing families to provide care, the authorities in Sierra Leone are sanctioning an uncontrollable spread of this virus. The first world better get to it, or we'll see a monster pandemic. Probably too late now anyway. Posted by Poirot, Monday, 13 October 2014 3:46:46 PM

Poirot, I agree with you. If they are giving people Tylonelol to deal with it, we are in deep deep doo doo.

Poirot I think you will find in East Africa where the virus started out the locals are the best care. They voluntarily quarantine their village and ensure it does not get out and accept the losses.
I think there is a fair amount of hysteria about this rare virus which is similar to our Hendra virus. The Doctors still do not know how the infection start and we should assist the Africans where we can but Africa can afford to lose a few thousand people to Ebola as they lose vastly more people to the mundane diseases of man.
