I am not going to niggle about funding and what other programs would need to be cut.

However I will say that I believe that the Greens are ill-advised to go swimming in the croc-infested swamp of feminist politics. PPL is a signature policy of the middle class feminist elite.

Other women would put universally available childcare and maybe child endowment and maternal&child clinics ahead. That is without mentioning better transport and family-oriented city design as biggies too.

I don't care of course, however I would like to see demonstrated value for money and believable, measurable, goals for attainment.
