In the Church I attend we have two women who pray each morning and decide upon a plan for the day of who they look for in the street by signs i.e. wearing red shoes, straw hat, Porsche car etc. They approach that person in the street and identify what they are suffering from. When the person sees there is insight into their condition they ask if they would like prayer. They have seen miracles happen before their eyes. People come up to them days later and thank them. I personally do not fully accept this practice but to them and the people they pray for are astounded by fact.
