One under God.

Merry Summer solstice.

No one (except the extreme Muslims) want to kill Christmas.

NOT because it celebrates the birth of a myth.

But because of the happiness it brings people.

It is the only time of year that you and I can walk past a complete stranger and smile and wish them a Merry Christmas.

Even I believe in Santa Clause because my wife says I have to, to get Chrissy presents.

To look at the eyes of youngsters as they see Santa in each store they visit.

Your God does not exist.Your Jesus never existed. BUT the spirit of Christmas lives in the hearts of all that is good

My, my, how things have changed!

In Virginia's world, apparently, the ones who devalued Christmas festivities also poured scorn on the idea of fairies dancing on the lawn.

But, in today's world, the ones who seek to belittle Christmas very much believe in wood spirits and Gaia and the sanctity of dream-time stories!

Myths are the building blocks to a healthy imagination which in turn is the foundation of inventiveness. Do not rock the foundation.
A simple quote from Individual.

I can't imagine Christmas ever disappearing.
It brings family and friends together for
millions of Christians and some non-Christians
throughout the world. People of different countries
celebrate this holiday in various ways, depending
on national and local customs. It's been passed
down from one generation to the next and will
continue to do so.

Special food will continuto be
prepared, homes will be decorated, and people will
continue to be joined in singing, celebrating, gift
giving, all part of the Christmas celebration.

Our nativity scene was passed down from our parents,
and we shall pass it down to our children and they
will to theirs. Like the cycle of life - some
traditions do continue, Because they are worth preserving.
These traditions re-affirm our traditional values,
they help transmit our cultural heritage from one
generation to the next.
