On balance I would say such an assertion is not valid and at best highly unlikely. If this attack was in some way anti-Jewish I would take it to be more like the work of right wing neo-nazi types who demonstrate a propensity for violence. The first is, the magistrate is a closet Jew hating, commie, pinko, red green,boatie, bolshe Leb lover. Or maybe the charge, in the yes of the magistrate, does not warrant remand. Naturally in the Kangaroo Court here there would be no Bail, heck there would be no trial, just the noose.
