This thread is not about the credibility of Ms Wong, rather, it's about how on earth a political party can have a so called DR NO, yet make monumental stuff up after stuff up, obviously with the approval of this Dr No.

If you didn't hear the comment by Rudd, he said, and I quote, " ...sounds like a great idea minister, but we just can't afford it", and that's why every party needs a Dr No" end quote.

So, right now we have two unfunded policies, Gonski and NDIS.

So, did Dr No say, great idea minister, but we just don't have the money, or, did she say, let's just do it and try to find the money somewhere.

Because after all,surely a so called Dr No would be consulted on all policy funding requests.
