You're right that these things are closely linked by subject. there's a lot of difference to weapons in a well ordered to society, and weapons in one that's lost the plot.

I do take notice, but, as I've previously intimated, I prefer to focus on the extraordinary courage and generosity of which humanity is capable.
It's less dramatic, but no less valid.
