Let me explain.
It's not a faith in the Left. After all, when it's all boiled down, Global Warming isn't a Left/Right issue - we all live on the same planet.
No, it's a faith in science, underpinned by an understanding of how science works.
The scientific case for AGW has never been stronger, the data never more clear.
Even those setting out to disprove AGW end up in confirming that it's worse than we thought.
And, yes, I have a high self esteem and a high confidence in my abilities. And why not? They've made me both rich and successful.
That doesn't make me infallible, far, far from it, but it justifies a degree of self confidence.
