Arjay, my suggestion (at risk of making myself a moron) is that you read more widely. Almost all of your links come from what may be considered 'reactionary' sources. Additionally, almost all of your links come from sources heavily laden with opinion. I know it's difficult to find impartial sources in our mass media, but it's worth digging around. Credit yourself with a bit of intelligence and an ability to think critically. Read the acts, executive orders, proclamations etc. for yourself and form your own opinions - preferably BEFORE going to the usual suspects.
Here's a good place to start: http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/07/06/executive-order-assignment-national-security-and-emergency-preparedness- If you come to the same conclusion as RT, then so be it. But at least you're sharing your own opinion, rather than one fed to you by an 'analyst' with his own axe to grind. Posted by Otokonoko, Friday, 20 July 2012 12:19:28 AM

A lot of paranoia is a mental illness. I'm glad there's people out there asking questions.. I'm not glad there's people out with a default answer and then creating evidence. That annoys me.
Arjay, I know this won't make a BIT of difference because you've got your mind set to a default setting. I know plenty like you. It's good to ask questions, but it's bad to believe EVERYTHING that comes out of the mind of the mentally ill. Conspiracies exist. The government (everyone's) lie to us and tell us half truths. We all know this. They have to in some instances and in other instances we need people to expose them. But believing everything is a conspiracy makes it a joke.
