Have no legal right to act on our behalf.
I ask those who are to act on their own behalf,contact my replacement direct.
While tests are not finished it is very clear, to me, all the top soil removed from above the site and down hill, is contaminated.
However, have no doubt,the tests will be done on soil from up hill, not in the water table, and not contaminated!
I will have contact with radio next week and put our story.

After reading your accounts from the scene of this accident Belly, I have no doubt in the validity of your cause. Best wishes with your radio interview.

It would be just and important, that that such incidents involving the abrogation of responsibility by Gov't be exposed, and that victims of such dereliction be both admonished and compensated.

Clearly this case continues to be a problem. Thank you for drawing our attention to it Belly.

Thanks all, fact is it is quite natural to not fully or at all believe a story such as this.
One poster at least knows far more than me about the second one.
I was to work along side whole section of forest that died for many years but was not there on the few days it took place,was on traffic control as we closed the road for 26 hours.

OUG much has changed no way I could enter a site or talk on behalf of my union.
The bloke doing it is my equal and has that under control.
I AM working hard behind the scenes,but as is always the case, too many who can help are not.
Too many think I can do it on my own.
My power was the union, it supported me ,without it I was bound hand and foot.
I forecast this, no true results,a cover up,even soil known to be unrelated to this incident will be tested and found safe.
Think not? 41, more in fact,of fair minded union activism has shown me this out come is far more likely than truth.
