I think it would an excellent and perfectly fair option to extend 'occupation' to holding a "world secularist day" in Vatican City, where non-religious people get to gatecrash the Vatican's backyard, harass the people that live there, clog up the infrastructure and make the host foot the bill, and if necessary clear their space to make room for pilgrims;

OUG I was raised in the Catholic system and rebelled.There were and are many good people working within this system.The hierachy at the Vatican are corrupt probably always were when King Constantine united all his religions under one banner to consolidate his power base.
