The scandal is that the bloke filmed and braodcast the activity, with no thought for the girl. What a low life! It was a set up simply to provide a few laughs for him and his sick mates.

If I was the Commandant, I would drum the bloke out in front of the whole college, right to the front gate and turf him out barefoot and in his undies, then kick his mates out as well.
