Good question belly,
If I may paraphrase your question: When "sovereign" nations do things that are illegal and unjust, should their "sovereignty" be worth a pinch of piss? The answer is no. All of us live near or neighbors, who have more in common with us than a distant capital. Should "sovereign" leaders be able to decree that Pi is three, or that a religion is compulsory, or that routine software validation processes are expensive and therefore optional? No. Reality is bigger than them, so trivially as to be laughable. Kim il Jong or whatever the twit's name is can just get over it. Ariel Sharon can just get over it. The pope can get over it. Clark Taylor can just get over it. The queensland minister for health can too. Rusty. Posted by Rusty Catheter, Thursday, 25 November 2010 10:48:05 PM

Sorry TPP, but mate you are in way over your head here.
No western bigotry, but interesting that a nation of slaves, that is what they are, can go unnoticed. Subs from NK kidnapped Japanese from their country and took them for a life in captivity like birds in a cage. Schooling and education in that country is limited to singing about love for a tyrant and hate for every one else. Hunger, starvation, no freedoms, no cars no PC and no right to use one in any case, A nightmare life. It was not this morning but one morning North Korea will be in everyones mind. I spoke of night view of the country, that are blacked out because they do not have the power ,they live not in the empty city's ,they are only for show,if any country, any people, need to know freedom it is north Korea. Yeah but what if they are right? We spend a lot of time, some of you years, debating and leaving opinions about what is wrong with the west and dissing all our leaders.
I’m talking out a hole in my head, I don’t know anything about N or S Korea Belly. But if they are happy and idolise their leader why do we want to change it?
