I wonder how serious are we, I have been complaining for years, I suppose about 15 years, and found that it does no good. I dare say some of you are in the same boat. Obviously the sane thing is to start our own political party, but it has to be so good that it becomes the government. Just how many of you people would put your efforts into forming a party? And what would your policies be? What would be your main desires, your beliefs, a top notch economy, or what would it be, is it something that all would agree with. List what you want to achieve, and see if everyone agrees, OK. well start now. I am over 80, and my desires would be a bit different, but I would like to see more decency towards our workers and small business, and definitely prevent those extra high obscene salaries and other incomes that are causing the high costs of goods and services. I am not greedy, that would do me.

or sheep/from goats..[for each has its own realm/
where those lovers of vile/may do all their vile-in the dark-place..
and those of good/to do their good..to other-good
and appriciate..the unlimeted..enablings..of him/who-is..supreem-cause

but we live/one life..at a time
i feel we have learned our lessons/here

its a true-ism..one sadly only realises..in old/maturity

But at then end of the day human beings are what they are - and often it takes a natural or man-made disaster before we all wake up to our impact on the environment - just a shame grass roots voices don't hold as much sway as the corporates.

Hey I've got a movement for you. When I was a vagabond, I used to leave any excess possessions in a bag for when I returned to my temporary base so as to travel as light as possible. But when I returned, I would normally have other things to do before retrieving this bag. Weeks would pass, and I would realise that I hadn't missed anything in my bag of stuff. So I would decide never to retrieve it. Had a few ex flat mates wondering if I had died. That was a bonus sometimes.

Same goes with food. If you eat half your meal on these trendy oversized dinner plates, and decide to come back 30 mins later, often you'll find you aren't hungry any more.

So the new movement is called. Doin' it by halves! Or half-arsed. I think that's very Australian.

Another thing people need to re-discover is delayed gratification. It's quite a buzz. I can buy most things I want, but in the last few years I save buying things until christmas, and boy do I enjoy christmas again these last few years! It can be used in sex too, but I've revealed too much already. Go Tantra!
