What i don't understand is why you are so determined to break the very simple word limit rule. You've already acknowledged that you do so deliberately and wilfully - so you're not being victimised, no matter how ell that plays with the sock-puppets and stalkers.

From where I sit, you're behaving like a rather sulky child, unwilling to accept that rules apply to them. With respect, that also sounds like it may be at the root of all your problems expressed here.

Do yourself a favour - get the chip off your shoulder and comply with the rulesa and you'll find that people are remarkably tolerant and willing to assist. You don't want that though, do you? You like pretending to be a victim, don't you?
