the workers get a flat-rate...and a paycut
and a bonus percentage..for their labour/when you get paid

we get a share/of sale..proceeds if you sell the asset
or alternativly..a bonus if the business grows
when you buy..in the market...for less
we get some of the savings

we only want-what-is fair
after-all
were all in this together...

so how about it...eh
you work...we work
and we slit..it all down/the middle

heck..lets sell direct
lets value add..instead of just exporting raw/yabbies
we can open a resterant..sell direct
the worker's.. will work for a fair/share

Yabby: If you don't like how management/the system mistreats you, why don't you start your own business and be your own boss? Then you're in control. It's not that hard. Of course the taxes will still be high, but at least you don't have to put up with the BS of being mistreated by others, and anything that goes wrong will be all ours to blame.

Well we seem to be mostly in agreement - the 'cream' should not be obtained for doing nothing.

Although it depends what you define as 'cream'. Some pro-employer groups believe that overtime should not attract a higher rate? Can you see the dangers in that proposal?

That is just one example but it comes down to a fair wage for a fair day's work with extras to apply when extra is done - nothing wrong with that.
