There is an easy way to stop the abuse of kids, gaol the child abusing bastards & leave them in main stream. The first three commandments are thou shalt not molest a child, thou shalt not abuse a child, thou shalt not burn a family home,there could be a child inside.
If these rules are the rule on the other side of the wall it has to be the rule this side of the wall.
Once people could see the consequences for this type of sh$t they will get the general idea.
Ask the ones that faced the hurt pronounce the punishment.
