we seem sometimes to get lost, threads that are about something we are all concerned about die or turn into other subjects.
I do it now, in trying to fix a few uncertainty's the thread dug up. Why PTB are your fixations with courts worth a mention. Well maybe they could play a part, some from the history and present from both party's here could be imprisoned a great outcome. Why the ALP TPP? Once, well now in my dreams and hopes it was/is my life raft, in my mind the conservatives truly do not care for workers WORK CHOICES was just evidence of a lifelong understanding . Wealth in their view is only for some. Do you know a former leader of the National party said money had found its way into the wrong hands after miners won big wage increases in WA ?. You have to live my life to know why my party is my life. But never at any cost never no matter what, right now my mob plan a blood letting but its of workers not useless public servants. AS Mate , you in my mind do not understand the trade union movement a forget what it was look only at what it is. It is not true that workers leave labor or unions because they are not radical enough, it never will be true, Yes workers ride for free on the backs of today, yesterdays unionists, even the ACTU campaigns for minimum wage increases are mostly for non unionists. You friend may have the best intentions but are sitting on your horse facing back wards. You tell us with pride of your membership of the Democrats, that horse is dead, it will Never run trot or even breath again. IT AS sold out workers, it sold its sole to John Howard. posting limits silence me for a time but room exists for us to remind those who are in our party's who climbed over others to get there , betrayal is forever, party first not self NSW must act or forever be shamed Posted by Belly, Saturday, 25 July 2009 6:02:39 AM

the cartel provisions would no doudt do little to end the true cartels[like real estate's agents setting prices of homes,or the 2 party monopolisation of politics...or the advertisers control over media,or indeed union control over unions
special intrests have allways set the price as suits them..[be it wholsalers setting the price of corn..or retailers setting the price of mobile phone charges..[or the price of petrol being set by the price of signapure special blend... there are massive collusions all about us..[and the public service ignores their role to protect the common weal...and set about collecting their gross public weal subsidised pensions..[pensions should be one size fits all...ie everyone gets the same pension..[full stop] but the colusions go on [the courts have their cartel arrangments via precedant rules...fixing the price of penelaties and terms of imprisonment acording to the full extent of their limiting cartel, rules by the organisation of lawyers [who make laws when they chose to become polititions[or rule the law when other lawyers become judges...or chose not to enforce the law when they become minesters overseeing a minis-tory-ial port-folio Posted by one under god, Saturday, 25 July 2009 8:48:20 AM

Corporate Media Spotlights Distortion of Market by High Frequency Trading By: poorrichard The New York Times hits the issue pretty strongly, writing: Nearly everyone on Wall Street is wondering how hedge funds and large banks like Goldman Sachs are making so much money so soon after the financial system nearly collapsed. High-frequency trading is one answer[My Comment: Tyler Durden has shown that Goldman Sachs is by far the largest program trader in the market,..twice as large as the next biggest. That will do me.
Its time to wander away from the thread. I no longer remember what it was about. OH yes thats it. My state my party workers betrayed. Who cares about that? Well watch this space . The last breath change of leadership, yet to come is not changing much. Those who lead the power privatization fight, the one we are about to be betrayed on, need to awaken to this one. It may be 30 years until labor wins in NSW again. Posted by Belly, Saturday, 25 July 2009 2:49:22 PM

My friend when I say "Conservatives with their acts strength the union movement" I mean thet they are so provocative, so much against labours that with their acts push labours to organized and fight for their rights. With labour governments the things are different, they are hypocrities they speak for labour rights but they promote corporation's interests. Yes labours are jampions in hypocricy and it is not easy to find where finish the truth and start the lie! While we know with liberals we lose everything they can take from us according to their power and our weakness with labours we are not sure for anything, the only way to sleep well is to have a stick in your hand all the time! But where to find the stick when even the Unions are controled from them? Let's allow them to sell what they can sell now and Liberals will finish with the rest! If there are some honest people between Liberals or Labours then their position is with Democrats, with the HONESTS! "This investigation has once again identified a corrupt network of public officials who were all too willing to take cash in exchange for promised official action," said Acting U.S. Attorney Ralph J. Marra, Jr. in Newark, NJ on Thursday while announcing the arrests of the 44 people.
"Respected figures in positions of public and private trust engaged in conduct behind closed doors that belied the faces of honesty, integrity and rectitude they displayed daily to their respective constituencies," he said.
"The list of names and titles of those arrested today sounds like a roster for a community leaders meeting," said Weysan Dun, special agent in charge of the FBI in Newark. "Sadly, these prominent individuals were not in a meeting room but were in the FBI booking room."
If the Commonwealth had a similar organisation to the FBI, they would probably find a similar network of corruption in New South Wales. There are persistent rumours that organised crime organises council approvals in some local government areas.
