Runner,
Full agreement on the UN. That corrupt, incompetent organization governing anything is a huge joke.
Sancho,
Don't know what to say to you. You are a strange fellow who seems to spend too much time finding whacko websites which are irrelevant to the subject. Always fun to hear from you, though.
Foxy,
Now we all know your problem: science fiction.
Arjay,
Yep. We only have to look at the EU, and what that sort of government-for-all has done to Europe - turned it into a circus of 'rights' for everyone, and responsibilities for no-one. It won't be worth the trouble of having individual parliaments soon.
Master,
Nothing is 'inevitable' about world government if people come to their senses. The first thing Australians have to do is stand up to Rudd on his stupid Australian/Asia version of the EU.
Undoubtably you believe what you say, but you certainly have a very strange attitude to countries which you think are going to disappear as entities 'within a few hundred years'. Countries and areas where people are born and stay loyal to have been around from thousands of years. Would you mind telling me just how you came to your beliefs?
