I will have to go back because after a while you get them mixed up. I think he was charged over a dozen times and kept just changing his company name through the department of compliance.
Wasn’t he then put on as a Livecorpe director at some stage even after all these charges of animal cruelty under his belt? If not him it was someone awfully like him. Still they are all the same and all cowards in my opinion. I say those Emanuel’s are a bit touchy about being named as live animal exports aren’t they. They don’t like their real names to be mentioned. They hide under company names it seems. You know I never could quite work that out. Wouldn’t you think if they really believed live animal exports was something to be proud of they would be happy to be named. The way they carry on spending our tax dollars trying to convince the public all animal welfare organisations including RSPCA are a bunch of extremists only to run and cry if there real names are printed. You have got to feel sorry for the kids and grand kids however.. Poor little buggers fancy being raised on the blood money of suffering of millions of animals. I mean it’s not their fault and one can only imagine the damage this will do to these children as they become adults and more publicity is given to their backgrounds. It’s all very sad and most unnecessary but who knows maybe they don’t care much about feelings not even their own kids. All I can say re legal advise is I know for a fact Robert called G and offered the assistance of a QC and barristers free of charge but his promised return contact did not come. We advise a joint action against the WA Government from AA and the Media whose office was raided for information on an informant. The back rooms of WA court houses are RUN by WA Government Interference and WE the public demand it STOPS! PALE, It is looking like your persistence has some results in the Middle East with The Queensland Country Life reporting that “Those purchasing Australian sheep in Bahrain during the Eid Al Adha festival will be told "no truck, no sheep" under an initiative being implemented by Bahrain Livestock Company.”
http://qcl.farmonline.com.au/news/nationalrural/livestock/news/industry-gets-tough-on-animal-welfare/1364958.aspx?src=enews Of course there will always be those who will persist in doing it the old way, but we have on good authority Australians will be there to educate the proper procedure in transporting ‘Australian Sheep.’ Posted by ma edda, Thursday, 20 November 2008 9:51:45 AM

Daws was in the WA Admin Appeals Tribunal last week trying to stop Animals Australia fro getting access through FOI to a particular mortality report from 2005, so who knows what was in that? The outcome of that matter has not yet appeared on any of the law databases.
