I must say Gibo that we are blessed in this country by many wonderful Asian people. In fact many Asian doctors are Christians. I think you will find that the religion of secularism causes more harm than any other religion in this nation. Due to it we abort tens of thousands of babies, promote porn and immorality, champion homosexuality, worship the environment and deny our Creator. Yes all other gods are false and demonic but no more than secularism which disguises itself in false morality. Look at how the secularist preach on these forums and then have the nerve to demonize Christians and their beliefs. They defend Islam and hate the righteousness that only comes from Christ. Be careful not to be to critical of other countries as many of their people have not had the opportunity to receive the Light like we have. Most here have traded salvation for candy coated sin. Just look at the crap pumped out by SBS and you will get the drift.

My focus Runner is mainly on warning of "asia" as an invader to the region.
I cant help this because my awareness of many visions and prophecies of an invader in the region later on.
I dont really have much problem with the asian folks apart from a desire for them to consider the environment a bit more.
Not every culture clearly pulls towards preservation of the forests and the seas.
China is building for war and I dont want us any closer to them.

Dear Orlando,

Some memories can be extremely painful
and difficult for others to understand
who have not experienced what obviously
you/and or, your family suffered.

However, the people that caused the
damage are probably no longer alive
today.

They're not the ones who will be operating
the plant in Darwin. You can't hold an
entire nation responsible for what
some members did during World War II.

We do have Japanese investments
throughout Australia from motor car factories
to resorts, hotels, et cetera, that provide
employment for the local population.

For your own sake, difficult as it may be,
you have to let go of the baggage that
you're carrying - and move on.

Take care.

Dear Foxy what you say is true. The past must be let go but in order for this to happen the past must be acknowledged. Until the Japanese Government accepts responsibility for Japan's actions in the past this is unlikely to happen. INPEX's attitude to the Australian Government and to Australia's laws and protocols is arrogant in the extreme. INPEX is not a private company, it is a government agency. Inpex refused to negotiate with the Kimberly Land Council and was not prepared to observe environmental standards in the KImberly or the offshore islands and seabed. One has to ask why?
Bear in mind that Japanese schoolchildren are still being fed a jingoistic version of history; that there are still Ministers in the Japanese Diet with self proclaimed reactionary views and that the primary war memorial in Tokyo honours, among others, 600 Class A war criminals. A number of Government Ministers did not support the apology and offer of reparations to the "comfort women" either so one must realise that letting go is not the same as forgetting. Hence my suggestion of excavating the dead on Darwin's beaches, who were buried in mass graves and without ceremony. It would provide a good test of Japan's sincerity in their dealings with Australia.

Dear Orlando,

I fully agree with you.

Recognition of past atrocities by Nations would
indeed be the best way to move on.

Yet how often do we
see that happening?

In the case of Japan, I don't see it happening
any time soon.

However, putting pressure on our Government regarding
this plant in Darwin may get some results if you can get
enough people to back you.

I wish you luck.

I remember many years ago my father took me to hear
Weary Dunlop speak about his war time experiences.
It was a very emotional afternoon. The calibre
of the man made a great impact on me. Especially
his ability to forgive.
