Compare Ezekiel 37 with events of 1948. Of course Ez_37 had contemporary meaning. (The Jews were in Exile in Babylon at the time)but there are good reasons (when Daniel is taken into account) that they may have a 2nd prophetic meaning also. I won't bore you with the longggg discussion.

What was difficult to come to grips with in the YouTube clip was the behaviour of those who were left.

Instead of turning to each other and saying "thank goodness we finally got rid of all those godbotherers, let's go to the pub", they ran around in circles, as if something bad had happened.

Can't fathom why.

Absolutely - bring on the Rapture, I say! Once we've got rid of the Christian godbotherers, we could perhaps persuade all the Muslim and whatever other religious fundies to follow suit.

It'd undoubtedly be good for the environment too.
