I have an understanding huffnpuff that your task is am imposable one.
You will not achieve justice, sorry it is a task too hard.
I have tried to get truth to play a part in government department but self interest hides the truth.
Now I truly do think a federal opposition could support petitions such as yours, every branch could be a collect point.
And that polling voters thoughts on issues all voters all sides can be worth while.
Not ever saying do not fight , do so forever and never give in , but know we must change the way public servants think.
An opposition could offer for public debate issues such as law reform, taxation relief for fuel, much more .
Todays government could be tomorrows opposition so my thoughts are not in regard to one party.
However it is not time to forget the election results, me too is no bad plan on most things in the short term.
Petitions can they be done on line? do we have an Australian site to do so?
Worth thought, many campaigns could get a start this way.

Belly, it's Brendon here. Rest assured that I will take every opportunity to remind all of the old truism that 'interest rates will always be lower under a Coalition government.'

I will hold Kevin personally responsible for rent, fuel and grocery price rises.

When he recants on his tax promises I will refer to him ever after as 'the lying Queenslander'.

I will turn my back on him when he answers(shut up Malcolm), my question time enquiries.

I join with Mr. Richard Ponting in reminding Kevin that the 1950's officially ended with the political demise of ol' whatshisname. And
may I take this opportunity to remind all that over the white picket fence is six and out.

Finally, let me be clear about this, no future Australian PM shall ever have to live in puddle in middle of road ever again. Ever, ever.

The post above mine made me laugh, thanks, truly I love it, humor and it pointed out the thread has become a victim and is not unlike an episode of the goons that great old radio program.
Not however the great wisdom found there.
Yet as I leave it to die in peace I think it recharges me.
Some may not know I am determined to clean up my act, to vacate threads rather than bash heads with a few who seem to come to hurl rocks in my direction.
I am proudly trade union/ALP from the NSW right, and old enough to know life was much harder once than it is now.
And that for some it will again be so ,maybe this year.
I thrive on the ALP victory, and just maybe know as I said long before it our brand name will be restored by it.
Follow my posts , you will see a constant thought that radicals in my view do more harm than good, in my party and my union movement too, my view I will never change.
Yet my movements both of them are victimizing the people?
Are supporting child rape? even it seems dragging our children to such a fate?
Good grief how could any man? any human? hide child rape? say it was ever ok?
Each of us. yes every one , will give more weight to our own views than others.
Some of us are forever wrong, every time wrong.
Just a though, we nearly did it!the thread sounded like question time for a while, just like Parliament.
