'This same issue is now being played out in women's basketball in the US. '

What? A sport struggling to stay afloat, subsidized by the men's version demanding equal Pay?

After winning the premiership last season, the Brisbane Broncos have been a team of Old Shellas this season, running second last in a competition of 17. Only the St George Women's Knitting Team are doing worse!

Actually they're not struggling at the moment thanks to a couple of white superstars who are bringing people into the game. That's why the trans folk want in.

Hilariously, the administrators of the game are holding a meeting this week to work out what they mean by 'women' and whether people with cocks who are playing dress-up are really-trooly women. So the WNBA has been around for decades and they didn't really know what the 'W' stood for!!

Hi Trumpster,

Are YOU not a Brisbane Bronco's supporter? What's needed in team sport, such as Lawn Bowls, besides a sh!t load more gambling ads, (Bookie Albo is working on that, said its odd-on he'll have more saturation gambling ads during kiddy telly time, faster than you can say Phar Lap) is as the great Sex Messup (Rex Mossip to his friends) did pontificate many a time, is more "BIFFO", there's not enough "BIFFO", said Sex, not enough claret streaming from busted heads, that have been pole-axed in a good old fashioned spear tackle, or a decent stiff arm to brighten up an opposition players day! When Sex said that, he was referring to the gentle game of Croquet, I can only image what he wanted to see in Football!

Just responding to some of the comments here.

Armchair Critic,

<<What happens if all the other players wilfully and deliberately go after the transgender?>>

I think one of the issues will be if the other female players actively boycott the other Trans player and refuse to kick the ball or handball to them, choose to ignore them in the game and in the change rooms. Not good for the player in any way or the other players for that matter. Not a welcoming environment, alongside any built up hate which is building up over time.

The other players have no say either - it's all up to outside forces such as the AFL. Rules, BTW the major and national teams are exempt from, which I find strange and a double standard in terms of this case.

I understand why some don't want to discriminate here, in fact as a principle I don't like it. But people have to understand women's football is just that, women's football and is meant to be for women only.
