I never mentioned the bipartisan support for immigration, as it has been a well established arrangement on policy between the two major parties since WWII. That was until recently when the Noalition tried to out One Nation, One Nation on immigration, all in a desperate attempt to claw back redneck support it had perceived through polls as losing, because of its old bipartisan immigration policy.

BTW, there are many in the Liberal Party who are very uneasy with the lunge to the ultra right by Taylor, under the direction of Abbott, yep yesterdays failure the Mad Monk himself is back pulling the party strings. These members who are uneasy with this new direction Abbott and Taylor are wanting to take, have some silly idea that the Liberal Party should be "LIBERAL".

The issue I had with YOU, was your lying distortion by claiming Albanese had said; Immigration was "OUT OF CONTROL", when in fact he had said immigration was "BROKEN" something entirely different, and YOU obligingly supplied the Albanese quotes that proved YOU were lying.

And as I pointed out, there remains bipartisanship among the major parties. They all now agree that immigration is too high and needs to be reined in. What changed?....the Hanson Effect.

I would take "OUT OF CONTROL" as meaning massive numbers of people are turning up unannounced, and Immigration and Boarder Force are powerless to do anything about it, they are just flooding in. That is certainly not the case, Australia has never lost control of immigration, BROKEN means to me that the system in place is not working as desired, and needs to be adjusted. The Covid episode where in 2020/21 immigration was a net loss of 88,500, the net loss was reversed, and compensated for in the following years.

I believe as a wee little one you never won at anything, lost your marbles, every time YOU played. To make YOU feel like a winner, and not the loser YOU are.
