The war is not physically over, after all the Iranians are still knocking American Helicopters out of the sky, they are still keeping the Strait of Hormuz closed, they are still lobbing bombs at American allies. For their part the Americans are still dropping bombs on the Iranians, so yes the war in that sense is not over. What is over is any possibility of Daffy Donald securing any of the objectives he and his sidekick Bad Bibi hoped to achieve on 28th Feb.

Yesterday morning Donald woke up in a very bad mood, probably wet the bed or something, too much Diet Coke the night before, he exclaimed that he was going to; "bomb the crap out of Iran"! However, by the afternoon, and probably after a couple of dozen cans of Diet Coke, the mood changed, Iran was now "our best buddies" and for the 48th time Donald declared that a peace deal was at hand, a very good peace deal was about to be signed. Donald even claimed he would dispatch his number one Gophor, JD, to Europe to sign the deal. IT AIN'T HAPPEN! Just more delusion from Daffy Donald. Agree?

The only hilarious thing here is that there are some people who think this is the actual MOU.

The Iranians have said very clearly there will be no deal if America doesn't lift the blockade.
If the U.S. does not release the Iranian assets, no deal.
If sanctions aren't lifted, no deal.
If Israel doesn't stop attacking Lebanon, no deal.

Trump can play his silly games and talk all the bs he wants.

Mr art of the deal isnt getting a good deal.
He's offered a bad deal, or no deal.

He can carry on and pretend hes in control when his not.
He can come up with lies about shaheds lodged in apache gunship cockpits and find excuses to attack and look strong.

But he aint getting no good deal.

Daffy Donald is in quicksand, and sinking fast, he's hoping those nice Iranian chaps will pull him out, fat chance of that happening. The best deal DD can hope for seems to be the same as the 2015 Obama deal. Possibly the Iranians will throw in a free set of steak knives so DD can trumpet that he's got a better deal than Obama.
