Yes and I stand by what I said, the wars over.
There might be some more fighting but it won't achieve much. And I don't think Trumps getting any tankers through the strait. I don't believe anything he or his administration says. Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 12 June 2026 12:16:20 PM

Donald Trump deserves a Tony award to honor his outstanding artistic excellence, achievements, and contributions in live professional American theater mhaze.
Why don't we move this over to the other thread I started and you can tell me how bombing Iran again will change the U.S. situation for the better? Bomb Iran (1980) http://youtu.be/s8hEtI9AI0U You do remember they fought Iraq for 8 years and America gave Iraq chemical weapons... These people aren't just going to kneel you know. I think their attitude now is closer to. 'No, we won't do what you say, and what are you going to do about it?' And then Trump will blow something up... And then Iran will blow something up... And in a weeks time the U.S. will be low on missiles and interceptors but Iran won't be. Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 12 June 2026 5:59:41 PM

Fantasy-land AC.
Oh and here's someone not named Trump confirming that the Straits of Hormuz aren't closed.... http://en.parapolitika.gr/world/205569/uae-exports-oil-through-strait-of-hormuz-using-tankers-with-disabled-transponders/ Posted by mhaze, Friday, 12 June 2026 6:02:50 PM

Your article's from the 8th May.
It was reported in both the Iranian media, and originally from Reuters, the day prior on the 7th. The shipments were from April. UAE ships oil through Hormuz on hidden tankers amid Iran war - Reuters http://www.iranintl.com/en/202605070991 Exclusive: Hungry to sell, UAE slips hidden oil tankers through Strait of Hormuz http://www.reuters.com/business/energy/hungry-sell-uae-slips-hidden-oil-tankers-through-strait-hormuz-2026-05-07/ "In April, the UAE's Abu Dhabi National Oil Co managed to export at least 4 million barrels of its Upper Zakum crude and 2 million barrels of Das crude on four tankers from terminals inside the Gulf, according to three sources, shiptracking data from Kpler and an analysis of satellite data from SynMax." Nice try. Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 12 June 2026 6:37:45 PM

You said the UW had lost. I said it wasn't possible to claim any results as regards the war since it was still on-going. You disputed that and now, when shown it is indeed on-going, are running for semantic cover. Saying it was half-time was just a metaphor (you'll need to look that up) rather than a precise calculation as to the length of the war.
AC,
you said the war was over. Now that its been proven that was rubbish you just run back to the sources that have led you down the garden path so often in the past to try to sooth your hurt. ("How a U.S. Defeat Makes Iran a World Power"....struth how much gumpf can one man fall for?!!).
Meanwhile, it has now been revealed that, far from Hormuz being closed, the US has been ushering ships through it by the score right under the noses of the clueless mullahs who can't see it happening because their radar has been smashed.
