Don't just remove Australia Day merchandise or change the date, remove the day!

There's a whole range of opinions on the subject of
Australia Day. Many are glad to have a long week-end,
and spending time with their families and friends.
Still others share in community activities. What is
nice to see is that in all Councils - our First Nations
people are being included - be it as dancers, artists,
or storytellers. Not only our local Council is making
it inclusive but so is the Melbourne Museum, and the
National Museum in Canberra.
I think that with time, the date will probably be changed.
But at least now with the inclusion - it's become friendlier.
