shadowminister,

What an idiotic post from you.

'Keeping out trashy activists'?

They wouldn't let a single news organisation cover it. Why not? Because there were "wealthy and deeply motivated by self-interest" persons who would have felt uncomfortable being exposed as puppetmasters.

I shouldn't be amazed at how you repeatedly do the billionaire class's bidding, but I do find it hard to see how you type at all with your lips so firmly pressed against their backsides.

"Also, the strongest No areas were mostly Labor majority areas".

Yes. 75% of Labor’s 77 seats said NO.

Given the measly 37% primary vote for Labor at the election, the ALP might be facing a sizeable exodus of voters and members by the next election, just like the Coalition did this time; even then, the Liberal primary vote was higher than Labor’s, and the Nationals did not lose a seat.

Socially conservative Labor and Liberal voters have more in common with each other than they do with any of the minor parties. If Dutton starts pounding the extreme-Left Albanese government, and keeps pounding them, his leading of the Coalition to victory at the next election is not beyond the realms of possibility. If they shunt out the wets in the pre- selection process, I might even vote for them. It's the only way to get rid of Albanese, if his more acceptable colleagues won't do it from within.

SR,

Why would you open a private party for journalists to scoff the food and harass the guests? Certainly keeping out the trashy activists who would crash the event simply to ruin it.

I've had parties where gatecrashers had to be forcibly evicted and it was not pleasant.

I shouldn't be surprised at how you do Labor's bidding but I do wonder how you type with your lips firmly around their dicks.
