Nothing to do with being gay, more to do with being a turd! Joyce was a corporate dog, who took Australia for a ride. Piggy back inflation is evident, whereby business is hiking prices simply based on the premise that "everybody's doing it". The ACTU has launched an inquiry into price gouging headed up by Pr Allan Fels. The inquiry will examine price rises across a number of areas including including banks, insurance companies, supermarkets, and energy providers. This I'm sure will come up with some very interesting findings. I recall good old Gaugh's "Prices Justification Tribunal" whereby any mob with a turnover in excess of $20 million p.a, that wanted to hike the price of any goods or services with a value of $100 or more, e.g a car, had to apply to the Tribunal and show justification before being allowed to do so. Seems fair and reasonable to me.
