I have just signed an online petition against Albanese's plan to censor, on social media, what he and other Socialists deem to be "misinformation".

During the course of that, I was made aware that the United Nations wants opinions concerning the LGBT censored; particularly those based on religious beliefs.

The 53rd. UNHRC report claims that "religious freedom conflicts with LGBT 'rights'".

This report suggests that governments should enforce acceptable LGBT standards within religious contexts, and penalise "non-compliant" religious leaders and organisations.

That'll go down well in Iran.

Whenever Governments try to enforce thought control it stifles, thought and personal independence. They want everyone to be controlled and compliant. Their life belongs to the Government.

Queensland’s proposed 'Criminal Code (Serious Vilification and Hate Crimes) and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2023' is also another significant threat to free speech in that state, and one that could be appealing to the other Socialist states (plus Tasmania, whose government is doing its damnest to be Socialist until Labor takes over there, too).

That's why we have laws in civilised societies.

The UN was created to prevent wars between nations not to regulate minority groups within nations- the UN has become a source of dangerous tyranny- and seems to closely resemble communist totalitarianism- rather than Roman style federalism and the English style separation of limited powers Westminster System. As Nietzsche/ Ayn Rand/ and others say you can't trust those who don't put limitations on their own power. Communism in all it's embodiments has never been able to limit the power of the state dictator over everything- even life itself. This is why the US believes in the right of citizens to bear arms.

Gay and Lesbian politics is about power over society not about fairness.
