"Can you give me any confirmation of this so called peace offer,"

You've gotta be kidding. Now you're going to deny widely reported facts in order to maintain your hopes....

"IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran says that it has delivered its latest proposal for negotiations based on efforts to end the war to Pakistan."

http://en.irna.ir/news/86142591/Iran-submits-new-proposal-to-Pakistani-mediator ..... and literally 100s of other news agencies.

What do you do when the facts don't match your fantasies....ignore the facts.

'Trump wants an off ramp'.
'Trump rejects an off ramp'. Oh no. I don't want that to be true so I'll pretend it didn't happen. And that AC is how you end up misunderstanding so much of what's going on in the world.

Hmm, thanks for the link.

I think Iran are following Russia's approach of going through the motions of showing themselves open to agreements whilst also not trusting the U.S. one bit and being prepared for anything.
They likely know an agreement won't be reached and both sides are just rearming and preparing for the next skirmish.

Maybe this peace deal you're mentioning was a plan Iran supposedly outlined to gain trust and slowly move back towards opening the strait and other steps in stages, that I may have heard mention of somewhere earlier in the week.

I'm not sure whether Iran actually believes any deal will be reached, with Israel dictating things and I'm not sure Trump can just sit on his hands with his silly blockade and wait it out forever either.

They've got this new hypersonic missile they've been bragging that they will test on Iran, so I guess they're planning on using the Israeli tactics and blowing up some more schools, hospitals and universities soon.

Trump hasn't really achieved much except kill all the moderates, get the Strait closed, gotten smacked across the face with bases destroyed , aircraft and personnel lost.
Iran are looking pretty defiant despite both the media and Trump trying to paint things differently.
I think Russia and China probably think Iran has fared better than expected so far.

The U.S. has suffered the most humiliating attacks against it in decades, and it was retaliation for a fight where they threw the first punch.

Since deposing US puppet the Shah in 1979, a leading priority for Iranians has been to stop Yanks from worming their way back into making Iran subservient to Washington again. Meanwhile, they have been watching US bullying in other countries and preparing for armed attempts to take control. Important measures included decentralised chains of command so that if an enemy managed to kill leaders, others can readily take over. Yanks seemed to think that if top officials were taken out, Iranians would rise up and install a US friendly administration. Has had the opposite effect with them rallying behind their government against foreign interference. Now consider preparations managed despite many years of sanctions. Especially building up a very large arsenal of drones and missiles. Re cheap drones especially, even of only a few of maybe swarms successfully hit targets, important result was US and Israel rapidly using up limited supplies of very expensive interceptors. Which cannot be replaced quickly. Enormous damage has been done to US military facilities and capability in the area. Regarding possible "regime change", seems to me by the end of this year will be likely in the US and Israel. Democrats will probably gain more power in US mid term elections and move to impeach Trump. Who seems to be showing signs of dementia. I saw a report claiming Trump's niece reckoned deterioration is similar to that of his father /her grandfather. Re Trump thinking himself deserving a Nobel Peace prize, seems has a prerequisite some other recipients have had. ie War criminal type achievements. However, could be unwittingly deserving of one for facilitating the downfall of the world's leading promoter of wars, the Criminal Apartheid Zionist Settler State in Occupied Palestine. Re Netanyahu, if put out of power at election later this year, it will enable prosecutors in Israel to push ahead with corruption charges pending against him. Would be good if they could also send him to the International Criminal Court to face war crimes charges.

I've known 6 year old girls that are more mature than you mhaze.
I already responded to your question before you threw a tantrum.
Trump rejects Iran's position for an end of the conflict based on the 10 point plan.
Iran haven't changed their negotiation position.
Trump couldn't even restrain Israel from attacking Lebanon.

Trump's had off ramps, but none that don't now leave him walking away in defeat, they pushed diplomacy aside for regime change.

It looks like Trump is going to accept a deal from the Iranian worse than the Obama 2015 deal he tore up. Of course Trump will try as he always does, and claim its such a fantastic deal only he could negotiate.
