Did you mean this nonsense? http://english.alarabiya.net/in-translation/2022/06/08/The-Hashemite-Kingdom-of-Palestine
The author admits to being an Israel-hater (yet he tries to be realistic).
The specific problem he tries to solve is "the Palestinian problem", which is neither anything I care about nor your silly invented "100 years of conflict between Arabs and Jews" (and you still failed to provide a reason for your wanting to end it!).
Fine: he's an Arab after all.
Should Israel be destroyed as a result, the author would only rejoice.
Should Jordan be taken by Syria as a result, he wouldn't care either (both Sunni Arabs, aren't they?).
The author is either blind or deliberately lies when claiming that "Jordanians and Palestinians are as similar as any people can be", well for him, a Saudi, perhaps they both are equally just trouble which could destabilise his country.
The author is happy to ask the "Palestinians" (wherever they live) to ratify this plan - but how about asking Israelis and Jordanians too? no, for him they don't count!
The author admits to strong resistance from "some “East Jordanian” elites" (in fact the vast majority of Jordanians, that he wouldn't say), but believes that somehow... Israel, among others...would convince them otherwise - that Israel would sign its own death warrant... Ha Ha Ha.
The author considers the possibility of "Palestinians" rejecting the deal, but fails to look at the most likely scenario, of them verbally pretending to accept the deal, then the following day turning from within against these gullible "East Jordanians" and handing both East and West banks on a silver platter to their real champion - Bashar Assad!
The author fears (irrationally) that "Israel could forcibly kick out the Palestinians into Jordan and Egypt in a genocidal war and, in the process, destroy the Jordanian state as we know it today.", so how come Israel didn't do it already? Because Israel is wise enough to recognise that it NEEDS its ally "Jordan as we know it today" (and Egypt) to prevent the East-Bank of the Jordan river from falling in the hands of Syria, Russia and Iran.
