But I've noticed quite a large proportion of right wingers always attribute the worst motives to their opponents, and suspend rational thought when it doesn't suit their agenda. It's a phenomenon which Trump exploited to get elected, but it was noticeable on this board long before then.

Costa Rica, a developing nation, has done an extraordinary job of reforestation.
