Did the artist dowse the Spanish Flag in the blood of the Incas and
others in their colonies or does he just have a thing about the British Empire ?

Quite obviously a large percentage of the so called ARTS world is very sick, & needs treatment in a mental institution,

Of course as a Spaniard, the bloke could merely be trying to get some revenge for what the British did to the Spanish armada.
