While I don't agree with you about mono-culturalism, you raise points that Binoy should be talking about rather than offering a biased view that simply rehashes aspects of the news in accordance to his views and values.

An academic or any student of life, if he or she wants to talk about race and culture, needs to actually assess it in accordance to all of the issues that confront a society.

I suspect it is all too hard for many of them.

Exactly. Similar to what I said in the general forum on the subject. There, I suggested that they were wasting their time because we all look the same to non-whites, and wet whites thinking their self-hatred will help them out will be treated the same way as those of us whom they childishly call 'racists'.

It's no wonder that the Chinese Communist Party thinks the West will be a pushover, with all the Fifth Columnists and anarchists paving the way for them. The African-Americans should look out though. They carry on about racism, but they haven't seen anything until they encounter the Chinese brand of it. Chinese school children are taught that black people stink and are animals. I've just finished a book describing the experiences of an African-American in China, who couldn't go anywhere without getting the 'you stink' sign from Chinese kids.

I don't know where exactly your commentary is sourced but I suggest you might read a little more widely.

I've seen extensive commentary when State Governors (mostly Democratic) are critical of City Administration's (mostly Democratic) lacking in directions to their police forces.

I've seen reports of the US President offer use of extra National Guardsmen to quell the rioting and destruction.

I've seen on tv State Governors offer the use of these forces to assist police.

From all sources I've seen peaceful protests reported everywhere in thousands of US cities ... during daylight hours. Thousands of people ... where there has been no violence. Here there is no despair, looting nor shooting.

I've seen violent rioting and looting and shootings, at police, in a comparative handful of the thousands of US cities.

Washington was one. The violent rioting and looting was quickly quelled by the US President's security forces. Peaceful protests continue during daylight hours.

Curfew's have been imposed in some cities. There are fewer and fewer cities reporting rioting. Most of these cities still have peaceful protests.

I've seen many reports of the activities of Antifa in nearly all of the riots.
I've seen reports the money backing this organisation and others like them is being traced back to the anti America, anti capitalism billionaire George Soros.
I've seen calls for Soros's deportation to Israel.

I've seen the US President threaten to call in the military.

What I've seen is widespread protests of many Americans united in sadness.
What I've seen is, by comparison, a small group of anacharistand funded by George Soros take advantage if this sadness and hideously riot, loot, destroy and shoot.

That is quite a bit different from the anti American generalisations you've spouted.

Tell me, what is China's death rate? What is that to be found? I can't find anything other than WHO figures. lol

Need to save their ammunition and channel their rage for a time when it will count! On election day when instead of mindless rage, they can remove the despot by showing up at the polls to remove the rot! And like a rotten fish, this particular rot started at the top? And made its way to the Senate?

Go home and wait for polling day! Then queue for as long as you have to even if it is snowing, raining or blowing a gale!

And vote for real change and real reform from the streets where you live to wall street! And if you don't get it? Then make sure that the incumbents who refuse to act, regardless which side of the aisle or house they sit, do not ever get your vote again, regardless of whatever promise or bribe they extend!

If your vote can be bought? Then you are also part of the problem and should reap the whirlwind you helped create!
