Trump’s one-state solution: a Jordan enclave in the West Bank : Comments

By David Singer, published 19/11/2018

The King and his Foreign Minister's gloomy prognostications would disappear in their entirety if that 'one-state solution' did not comprise Israel and the entire West Bank.

Meanwhile why not check out the film/report The Lobby which was produced by Al Jazeera some time ago. And which due to political pressure by the powers that be has never shown up until now.

Family ties or otherwise - Jordan could not survive without establishing an apartheid against the people of the West Bank.

And what's there for Israel?

Unless Israel is able to rid itself of ALL the West Bank, not just 95% and especially including Eastern Jerusalem and the cursed wall therein, such an arrangement would perpetuate its 1967 occupation and thus its own continuous corruption. Every doctor knows that you should never remove just 95% of a cancer.

How does this comment line up with the Moving Embassy comments?

Dear Nick,

I was not thinking of embassies - I care for the good Jordanians and Israelis, I don't want them to end in ruin, that's all.

But now that you are thinking of embassies... what do you say?

Dear Nick,

Please allow us to stay on the topic and not to dilute this discussion with embassy-talk.
The location of embassies is only an insignificant gesture which harms nobody (other than perhaps some real-estate dealers in Tel Aviv, where house-prices are lowered), while Israel's occupation is consequential because it actually harms Israel.
