Please allow us to stay on the topic and not to dilute this discussion with embassy-talk.
The location of embassies is only an insignificant gesture which harms nobody (other than perhaps some real-estate dealers in Tel Aviv, where house-prices are lowered), while Israel's occupation is consequential because it actually harms Israel.

The embassy moves in the year of the 2018 Law to demand loyalty or else removal give Israel legitimacy in east Jerusalem. It's like Australia recognising Crimea as Russian or the islands in China sea as Chinese territory. It's violence in your terms.
