The Iraqi Kurds' independence is decades overdue : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 26/9/2017

Sadly, apart from Israel, no country expressed its support for the Kurds' impending historic decision to finally realise their decades-old dream of establishing a state of their own.

Really dumb leaders/leadership, would deny, bought with blood, an already agreed autonomy for the suppressed kurdish, mostly Muslim, minority. Both in Turkey and Iraq.

A federation is the only way forward for Iraq! And just stupidity personified to try and reverse already agreed to federation!

All That stands in the way, is highly autocratic leaders and their hugely confected and self created/stage managed issues!

Honorable leaders/elected governments, need to be honor bound to fully and fearlessly honor their, bought with spilt blood pledges, or get out of the way!

And if they try to stupidly wriggle out for reasons of personal power constructs? Or, quite massive blind stupidity or sell out, treasonous loyalty to a foreign state?

All international assistance, treaties and what have you, should be withdrawn and cease forthwith, until those agreements are honored in full! No ifs, buts or maybes!

If God is great then so also are his carved in stone commandments none more important than the, thou shalt not bear false witness edict! Particularly in the blood soaked Middle East!

Defend the autonomous monoculturalism of the Kurds!

Defend the autonomous monoculturalism of the Tibetans!

Destroy the autonomous monoculturalism of Australians with pancultural displacement!

"the height of hypocrisy"

Shock Jock: WTF are you ranting on about? Where's any possible, even tiny microscopic connection!?

Listen, anyone who thinks they need to see a psychiatrist? Ought to have their head examined!

Watch out, those nose flute playing, purple people eaters are out en masse and dive bombing us in force today! One just got me in the Punjab. Oh the pain, the pain.

Y'all have a nice day now, y'hear.

Did you read the article?
It's all about the need for an "autonomous" territory for *one* ethnic group.

Where's the "Strength in Diversity" for the Middle East?
Where's the cultural awareness training and inclusivity?

We in Australia must welcome Kurds and every other ahistorical ethnic group, but they don't even have to live with their historical neighbours.
Hypocrisy, my dear.

You all have a nice day now y'hear!

I wish the Kurdish people every success in their aspiration for independence.

No one and no group should be subjected to a regime they don't want to live under - whatever be their reasons.
