The Iraqi Kurds' independence is decades overdue : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 26/9/2017

Sadly, apart from Israel, no country expressed its support for the Kurds' impending historic decision to finally realise their decades-old dream of establishing a state of their own.

Alan B, if you don't give a rats, why are you commenting at all?

You imply any White person who defends their people is KKK/Nazi, but Kurds (or Tibetans, Palestinians, or any non-European people) can demand an autonomous monocultural territory (No borders!) and the Left will happily wave placards on their behalf.

Left = Hypocrisy and/or Idiocy.
Exhibit A: Alan B

The reason Israel is currently supporting the establishment of an independent Kurdistan, supposedly out of concern for Stateless Kurds is actually to trying to continue pursuing a selfish long term dream of Zionists. ie the Oded Yinon Plan for a "Greater Israel" between the Nile and Euphrates Rivers. To achieve this, a prerequisite is to "divide and rule". This involves covertly inciting conflicts between Arab groups to keep them busy fighting each other rather than threatening Israel. Zionists hope in future to pick them off one at a time. However, in Syria the Russians, Iranians and Hezbollah have helped the Syrian government get rid of terrorist proxies fighting them on behalf of some Western countries and Israel. Also, many Syrian citizens who had fled overseas as refugees are apparently now returning home, which Zionists hoping to eventually take over the country would not like.

Zionists are also good at manipulating others, particularly the US into fighting wars on their own behalf. As the US is being pushed out of Syria and Iraq, they would like some US military bases to remain in the area. Recently one was established in Israel but is obviously some hope US will remain in an independent Kurdistan.

Anyway, seems things are going badly for the right wing apartheid government in Israel. Thier treatment of the long term historical majority of the population, the Palestinians has many parallels with that the former apartheid regime in South Africa and atrocities of Nazis against Jews in WW2.

Western interests, particularly the US have wanted "regime change", replacing governments which represent interests of people of their own countries with puppet leaders who allow them to exploit the people and plunder the resources. However, this has been thwarted for the short term in Syria at least

"Sadly, apart from Israel, no country expressed its support for the Kurds' impending historic decision to finally realise their decades-old dream of establishing a state of their own."

Syria Plan B.

I remember a story not too long back about ISIS selling oil to Bilal Erdogan, who was apparently on-selling it to Israel and I figured ISIS must've been doing it with the support of the Kurds, because they had to move through that area; they have to pay for their war somehow.
Kurds / Syrian Rebels / ISIS = All Sunni.

I think about the 30+ alleged Mossad agents (+other nations) killed in an Aleppo rebel command centre with Russian Kalibr missiles, I think about Israel's 'Zionist Plan for the Middle East' policies and I look at how all this - war in Syria benefits Israel.
- Especially the establishment of a Kurdish state; (against an Iranian Shia cresent) and surprise, they're all waving Israeli flags there.

If you want me to support these things:

1. Using ISIS as a pretext to remove Assad;
(and when that didn't work)
2. Using Kurds to prevent Assad taking back his own territory

- then you can forget it.

Right now in Deir Ezzor we most likely have a situation with Russians firing on Americans (and vice versa), and Americans sharing intel with ISIS against Syrian and Russian troops, not to mention Israel providing medical support to rebel and ISIS soldiers previously.

I don't care enough about the Middle East to risk WW3 over, though I bet Israel loves the idea of US and Russian troops firing on each other.

Oh yeah one more thing - stop telling bloody lies.
Those 'four nations' you mentioned aren't the worst human rights violators as you implied.
- Israel is.

There is a Kurdish saying: No friends but the mountains.

So true. Their drive for independence, as a result of an accident (make that several accidents) of history, has been ruthlessly exploited by both Western and Middle East interests.

On leftist blog sites, I have found no friends in saying this. The Kurds are deemed cynical opportunists, committed to Western and ME grand designs of balkanising Iraq, Syria et al. As for the right, they neither know nor care about the Kurds, as long as the oil flow is safe and US hegemony in the ME reigns supreme.

Yes, Israel is standing up for the Kurds, but get real. Does Israel really care about them? The Kurds know better.

Yes, some may be cynical about the very possibility of true friendship.
Israel and Kurdistan have always been friends in blood and are always ready to help each other.

Here are some photos from Mullah Mustafa Barazani's, the legendary Kurdish leader and father of the current leader, visit to Israel in the 1960's: http://saradistribution.com/barzanisisraelresa.htm
